Development is the essential activity from Langeberg Coaching & Training.
To grow and move inside the development of the human being and its surroundings.
Each one of us have our own skills, qualities and experiences that have formed us into the person we are now.
To find out which level you need to work on is important, to know what it is that you really want to do.
What is your passion and what gives you energy? What are your qualities and your talents? If this is clear to you,
you will find out that you will function better and use your qualities effectively.
This will give you confidence and will teach you to communicate more clearly with yourself and your environment.
We will give you insight into your own behavior, your strengths and your weaknesses.
To give capacity, importance and meaning to this essential activity, the valuations of respect for yourself,
another person and the development of you as a person is the central. These values play a part in all trainings and
coaching strategies that we provide. Therefore we have high expectations of our services and the (possible) freelance workers
who can work by order of our organization. Respect for yourself and another person is something we take hold of during the trainings. Therefore in the beginning of every training, a couple of behavior rules will be making clear to all the members.
About Langeberg Coaching & Training
The organization Langeberg Coaching & Training has been created by José Langeberg.
The most part of the work will be done by her.
When necessary, she will work together with other professional party’s.
José has worked for many years as a financial account manager, a Childcare manager and as a coach / trainer. Following her diploma Management (BBA Management) she continued on to finish further courses, such as Trainer Communication skills and Life coach, to develop her professional skills.
The characteristic working method of José is careful and purposeful with a good analyse and a bright step by step plan. This means that she is direct, clear and concise in her way of communication. In training and coaching conversations this can be quite confrontational but with a good sense of humor it seems for a lot of people it is a pleasant way to work and learn.
During our introduction we will talk about our expectations and our investment to attain one’s end.
We will then work together to arrange a time and the intention of the training or coaching.
